QUIET FREQUENCIES. An exhibition by Natalia Milosz-Piekarska.

Drawing on the meditation practice of anchoring one’s gaze on a fixed object to help still the mind, I set out to create a collection of objects that invite focus and quiet contemplation.

In our busy lives, often the practice of pausing and quieting the mind is overlooked. Each piece has been made with the intention of inviting the viewer to pause and allow a moment’s stillness as their gaze lands and softens.

Crafted from a variety of mediums including ceramic, metal and paint, these little assemblages act as a gentle tool in welcoming some inner space and quiet.
